From June 2012 Kyivstar introduces a new format of invoices, which are sent via e-mail, i.e. XML format. It’s a technical data intercharge format used between IT-systems. This format is intended for automated processing of data, contained in the invoices you receive. For your convenience we offer you to use the description of the XML structure that will help you to set up your software for processing the data in a new format.

During 2011 Kyivstar was carrying out the upgrading of the mobile communications network on the territory of Western Ukraine. During January-December the Company built 250 base stations in all eight oblasts of Western Ukraine, expanding the coverage and significantly increasing the network throuput capacity.

«Kyivstar Business» and «Foxtrot. Household appliances» sales network are announcing about the beginning of the festive promotional offer for all subscribers of unlimited rate plans. Now unlimited rate users can purchase home appliances and domestic electronic equipment with a discount of 10 to 15%.

Kyivstar business customers obtained a possibility to manage a «Direct city number» service on their own in the «My Kyivstar» system. The «Direct city number» is a service, which makes it possible for the subscribers to receive city numbers and re-address incoming calls from them to their mobile number.

In the 3rd quarter 2011 the joint Kyivstar subscribers increased the amounts of consumption of mobile Internet services by 37%, up to 787.5 TB, against the similar period last year. Revenues from provision of services over the same period grew by 16% and amounted to 180.7 mln UAH.

For convenience of the customers Kyivstar is introducing two new free services: «My Number» and «Exact Time.» By means of these tools the subscriber can learn at any time the number of his/her mobile phone and current time.

By the 3rd quarter 2011 operating results the Kyivstar demonstrated an income growth, stability of its leader’s position in the market, and sustainable results in all performance indicators against the similar period last year:

— Growth of operating income by 4%;

— Growth of investments by 60%;

— Stability of subscriber base, with insignificant 1.2% decrease in the mobile segment and extremely high dynamics of growth by 117% in the fixed Internet segment.

The operator’s well-balanced pricing policy made it possible for the subscribers to take 8% more mobile communications services in the 3^rd quarter 2011 than in the similar period last year, whereas the «average account» of the customer grew by just 1%.

In October 2011 Kyivstar completed the implementation of a large-scale «EDGE-2011» project aimed at expanding the capacity and throughput of mobile communications network base stations. As a result, the average speed of wireless data transmission in the Kyivstar network grew up to 140 KB/s and the capacity of the EDGE/GSM network increased by 25 percent.

«Kyivstar-Business» is announcing the beginning of the new «Roaming in Russia for 1.00 UAH» promotional offer for subscribers representing the small and medium business segment as well as the big business segment. The offer will be valid from November 4th through December 31st.

The «Internet to the office for 1.00 UAH» promotional offer has started for the new users of high speed Internet from «Kyivstar Business». According to the terms of the promotional offer the connection of high speed Internet and the first month of using the service will cost just 1.00 UAH. The private entrepreneurs and small and medium business companies can participate in the offer.

Starting from November 1, 2011 «Kyivstar Business» is offering three rate plans for connecting high speed Internet to the new customers representing small and medium business. The new rate plans provide unlimited access to the World Wide Web for user’s charges between 69.00 and 199.00 UAH a month depending on the chosen speed.

«Kyivstar Business» is introducing new rate plans for representatives of small and medium business. The advantage of the new offers is that the customers can now freely communicate within the network: without limits on the number of minutes and without paying for connection.

Kyivstar is launching the first project of mobile advertising: the «My Discount» service. The new service will make it possible for all the Kyivstar subscribers to get SMS and MMS with information about exclusive discounts and offers from the Kyivstar partners. In turn, the advertisers will have a unique possibility of offering their best goods and services to potential buyers, using mobile phone as a personal means of communications.

In June 2011 Kyivstar together with Yandex made a promotional offer to its subscribers to try using a Yandex.Maps mapping application for mobile phones without paying for this service. The offer was in effect till late October, but now Kyivstar is making a present to all its subscribers by extending the duration of the offer’ s terms.

Kyivstar is expanding the possibilities of the «Additional Number» service to its users. Now customers will be able to choose an additional number from the «Number to choose from,» «Silver Number,» «Golden Number» and «Platinum Number» category and manage the service.

Starting from October 12, 2011 Kyivstar will reduce the prices by half of the modems, which are part of the «Kyivstar. Mobile Internet» and «Youth Mobile Internet» sets. Also, for those new customers who activate their modem SIM card between October 12, 2011 and January 31, 2012, the provider will double non-rated traffic volume under the «Twice as much Internet» promotional offer.

From now on Kyivstar Business customers, to whom an unlimited rate plan service is provided, will have even more possibilities for communicating when abroad. From October 12 to December 31, 2011 a «Roaming in» promotional offer from Kyivstar Business will take effect, which provides business customers with up to 1,000 free minutes per month for communicating and running business in Russia.

«Kyivstar Business» is introducing a new «Unlimited Space» rate plan without connection fee and a possibility to stay in touch with no money on the account, starting from the first month of service. The new offer includes 5,000 non-rated minutes for calls to all operators in Ukraine.

«Kyivstar Business» offers additional possibilities to the highly remunerative contract users, small and medium business clients under an updated «Golden Customer» loyalty program.
